- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 Vidalia onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup nooch
Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, tossing once. Sprinkle nooch over cauliflower and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
If desired, broil for one minute to achieve golden brown color.
