Cooking has always been something I truly enjoyed doing. It is fun, relaxing and rewarding. To me one of the great joys in life is cooking a lot of wonderful food and inviting friends and family over to share it.

My hope is that you will enjoy trying these recipes. Jack and I began eating vegan in Spring 2010 and it's been a fun challenge taking recipes that I find in mags, on the web, etc and making them vegan.
